Stonham Barns Park welcomes The Knuckle Busters UK Car Club and friends

Stonham Barns Park has hosted its joint car show with The Knuckle Busters UK Car Club and it was attended by a record number of visitors.  

The Knuckle Busters event is open to all makes of cars and bikes, and to enthusiasts from all over the region with an interest in rockabilly music and hot rod cars. As part of the event there was a Show ‘n’ Shine competition to decide on some of the finest exhibits of the show with trophies given to the most outstanding exhibits.

Hundreds of owners went along to enter their cars, trucks, trikes – and even bikes.  

A mega selection of Hot Rods, Classics, American Cars and Motorcycles were on display. The show included music from top bands featuring Rockabilly, Jive among the many music genres.  There was also a food court, traders and an autojumble.

Explains Josh Forward from Stonham Barns Park’s Events Team: ‘This event is one of the most brash, colourful and upbeat shows of the year.  The owners are always so pleased to share their bold and brazen machines with the public and it’s always such a spectacle to see so many bright and fun vehicles together in the one location.’

‘The lovely weather helped as always with visitor numbers – and everyone enjoyed another day of showing off their head-turning vehicles to a very enthusiastic crowd.  It was a fun day all round and we look forward to putting it all on again next year!’

The East Coast Japanese Car Show is on this weekend on Sunday 2 September followed by The American Car Show on Sunday 15 September which will be the penultimate car show in the series from Stonham Barns Park for the 2024 season. The highly-successful Land Rover Show ends the car events on Sunday 6 October.
