Stonham Barns Park will attract the US classics spanning six decades

The American Car Show 2023 – in association with the Knuckle Busters Car Club – is set for another ‘show and shine’ day say organisers of the show at Suffolk’s Stonham Barns Park (17 September 10.00am – 4.00pm). It will be a show strongly supported by the classic car community exhibiting a dazzling array of cars, trucks and hot rods.  It follows on from the Knuckle Busters car and truck day recently staged at the venue.

Cars on show at The American Car Show will be strictly from the US spanning the last six decades, and include Chevys, Mustangs, Buicks, Corvettes and Fords to name a few. Each of the exhibits will be on display for a stunning ‘show and shine’ display in the showground with trophies on offer for the best in categories.

Live music on the day will be from DJ Nadge, The Rat Pack and Da Bluz Brothers – and some visitors and exhibitors will be in 50s-style dress. There will also be Walkabout Characters, Showring Displays, trade and club stands, an Autojumble and food and drink outlets.  

If you would like to display your vehicle, please arrive between 07:00 and 09:00. It is important to note that only American-made cars and vehicles will be featured at this event.

Speaking about the event, Terri Forward at Stonham Barns Park says, ‘These American exhibits are always awesome – and with the music to go with the cars – visitors always enjoy the atmosphere and the day.’

‘The classic car market is still expanding and so we are expecting a bumper number of exhibits. These collectors are devoted to restoring and showing their prized vehicles and each year the standard increases dramatically. Having these colourful exhibits all together in one place always makes for such a powerful show.’
